Suzanne Mulholland, aka The Batch Lady, is a time-saving guru and family cooking expert, passionate about helping people get organised to take the stress out of mealtimes. Formerly a time-management expert, Suzanne took the tools from her working life and applied them to cooking when she had children. She showed a few friends how she stayed organised by making meals in advance, and they encouraged her to share her recipes online. The Batch Lady was born.
Suzanne now has half a million followers across her platforms. A regular on daytime TV, she spends her time developing recipes, writing books and working with brands. She is often on the public speaking circuit giving inspirational talks on saving time and starting a business. She has four Sunday Times bestselling books and an engaged global audience. She lives with her husband and two teenagers on a working hill farm in the Scottish Borders.

Very difficult to put down! I've never had a book laid out like this one. Lots of lovely, easy and very very quick meal ideas. Then detailed instructions on how to prepare, cook, serve or bag up to freeze. Tips I can't believe I've never heard before, or thought of myself. It's not just batch cooking one big meal, but by using bulk amounts of similar ingredients, you can produce many meals and freeze them, either as a full cooked (just warm up) meals, or completely raw ingredients, bagged up to simply put into an air fryer, slow cooker, pressure cooker, oven or hob. So simple?
In 1 hour and 5 minutes, I had two versions of 5 different meals all prepared ready to put in the freezer. A word of advice, once bagged use a straw (or as I do, use a syringe), to suck out as much air as possible. Label with instructions for how to prepare the meal, and you're all set and ready for some fantastic, healthy, tasty meals. Wonderful. I am disabled and struggle to sit and work in the kitchen for too long, but just one hour is fairly easy. One day I use beef, one day I use chicken, I love the variety and flexibility of this system/advice. I love it.

Another brilliant book to make life easy. Great instructions really easy from shopping list to preparation and cooking. Lovely photos. Good explanations. Different meal for every day of the week. Well worth the money

Some very nice and creative recipe ideas in the book although not what I was expecting. She gives you instructions on what ingredients to use and how to store them before hand to use at a later date but doesn’t give you step by step cooking instructions for cooking at the time with the intention to batch freeze into portions, so I feel I have to improvise a bit. But still lovely recipes and meals have been tasty
